I totally agree I have been looking for a free grant application for days now and each of them require a fee.  AND the amounts are outrageous, I am trying to apply for grant to buy a home that i will be able to work my business out of, how can we as Americans continue to give out billions in ballouts to companys that have taken work to other countries but then turn around and expect the very ones getting burned to support the decisions made by our goverment officals but cannot receive any help without paying a Fee to just Live,  What are our rights as born citizens in America who are suffering from other's Greed.
